I always believed that, when the fascists start dragging people away, I would be the one of the people that nobody would stand up for. Goodwin's Law not standing, think about the kinds of people who were dragged into the cattle cars before anyone even thought about any Hebrews. The destitute, the drug addicts, the homeless, the mentally insane, the effeminate, those who didn't figure out to go to the bathroom before tucking in for the night, almost all of your basic assumed neer-do-wells whom nobody expected to amount of anything in life.

There's a good chance that, when they start coming, they'd be coming for me first, and I don't expect anyone to stand for me. In fact, the people would be cheering on the people dragging me away.

Which brings me to 14-biz, our recent victim of DeviantART's ban hammer. I'm not going to argue the reasons behind him getting it; I too find the claim of child porn ridiculous. Treu-chan skirts that border worse and that account's still there. But if you think that DA's going on a ban rampage taking out undesirables here, for the improvement of their business, how come I'm not targeted? I mean there's a lot of people here who would want to see me banned just for shits and giggles, and they would claim that DA would improve immensely with me gone. But all I got from the Admins is an occasional re-categorizing of a deviation or two.

Come on you guys! I'm invoking Goodwin's law! Come and get me!

No one is going to get you. DA scanning authorities operate off of the daily favorites and people ratting you out to the authorities based on three or more complaints. So since your work is unfortunately (depending on how you view it)not at all too popular, you don't offend people (to my knowledge), and that you rarely post your work here (if you have any new work, I don't know where else you post)then you will be fine.

I base this information on what I have heard from others posts and paying attention to the news over the years.

Yeah, I know. It was part commentary over how some of the authorities, part commentary over the backlash. I saw one of the journal entries entitled "And then they come for me," and I just went to town.

Oh, I saw that one I also read that poem. Although, the post in comparison to the poem was a over dramatization. I believe all this subject to interpretation going on as far as the art work posted here is more of a freedom on speech legal case (which I think winnable depending on those who you are defending). I'm just waiting for all these REJECTED 'starving artists' to get together and find an attorney to try the internet system, incorporating international and conflicting national/local laws. What a case all this would make on defining what is appropriate when most of the rejected artists work is on the whole would be considered appropriate on television.

Maan, you just don't see the benefits... IF you are not popular, I bet you can get away with most stuff you do that happens to get other more famous folk banned...

Unfortunately, I don't own a female reproductory system, but I'll try to see a way to see how far things can be stretched while you are not famous... Oh boy, will that be an experiment...

I agree with pretty much everything you said, but listing "effeminate" people (I assume you're intending "gay") people as bad citizens who aren't "expected to amount of anything in life" is a bit extreme.

Well, it wasn't me who'd be saying it, nor would I be the one doing it. I don't report gay people. I just report assholes. There's a big difference, and I'm sure you're not one of them. Assholes, that is
